WHAT TIME IS IT?

“Therefore be careful how you walk, not as unwise men but as wise, 16 making the most of your time, because the days are evil. 17 So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.” (Ephesians 5:15-17, NASU)

“So watch your step. Use your head. 16 Make the most of every chance you get. These are desperate times! 17 Don’t live carelessly, unthinkingly. Make sure you understand what the Master wants.” (Ephesians 5:15-17, The Message)

Have you ever asked the questions, “What time is it?” I’m positive we all have, probably multiple times per day we ask ourselves what time it is. It’s important that in life, both natural and our spiritual walk, that we don’t lose track of what time it is. We must not get so wrapped up in life, that we forget what time it is and allow opportunity to pass us by.

I like The Message version of this passage, “So watch your step. Use your head. Make the most of every chance you get. These are desperate times! Don’t live carelessly, unthinkingly. Make sure you understand what the Master wants.”

I challenge you to ask yourself, “What time is it.” It’s time to evaluate where you’re at and what God wants. These are desperate times! Don’t live carelessly, unthinkingly. Make sure you understand what the Master wants.
