And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.
Acts 2:44-47

The early Church gathered together, shared in the Lord’s Supper, had all things in common, took care of one another unselfishly, studied the word together, ate with gladness and simplicity, praised God and had favor with all people. Then the Lord added to their numbers daily those who were being saved.

The world is in chaos and it needs the Body of Christ now more than ever. We must have the faith to believe that our mighty God can do all things. Pray for the Church body to be repaired, wounds to be healed, hurts and offenses to be forgiven and wiped away. Forgive and forget and move forward in what God has planned in 2016, it’s time to move forward and into the things of God. Show others the same Love and Mercy that He showed us. Look back on how the early church functioned and take note of it (Acts 2:44-47). Remember keep it simple, love one another and become one in Christ. He can make all things New! United we Stand and are victorious for the Lord, Divided we fail to succeed in God’s plan for our lives as the Body of Christ.

Be encouraged and take a step, expect the unexpected! God Bless you

God Bless,

Stephen’s Gate is a weekly devotion that purposes to encourage people to live the victorious life God has called them to. Stephen grew up in a Christian home and was raised in Church. As a young boy he was very shy and never wanted to be the center of attention, however, he always had the desire to preach and minister to others. God called him into ministry in his late twenties and he has enjoyed every minute of it. Stephen previously served as an Assistant Pastor in Fort Fairfield, Maine before moving to Georgia. Stephen and Kristen have been married for 11 years and have two beautiful girls, Abigail and Sydney.
