“And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful.” (Colossians 3:15, NLT)

The word of the Lord for some of you today is, “Let Peace Rule.” You may be facing situations in your life, you’re facing decisions that have to be made and that decision could lead you down two different roads. Let peace rule your decision. God will never lead you in a direction that doesn’t feel peaceful.

This passage above refers to living in peace with others but living in peace with others starts with living in peace with yourself. If you don’t have peace in your own life, it will be hard to have peace with others around you.

I have lived in peace and I have lived in frustration and I will take peace over frustration any day. When you have peace in where you are at in life and in the decisions you have made it truly does rule your life. When you’re living in peace and unexpected circumstances come your way, there’s a peace that rules over that circumstance.

I know this word is for, probably many, today. Let Peace Rule.
