sending-out“The Lord now chose seventy-two other disciples and sent them ahead in pairs to all the towns and places he planned to visit. 2 These were his instructions to them: “The harvest is great, but the workers are few. So pray to the Lord who is in charge of the harvest; ask him to send more workers into his fields.” (Luke 10:1-2, NLT)

God’s going to bring you out, then call you out, and once you say yes to that call, He’s going to send you out. That may not mean He’s going to send you into a totally different land, He may, but not necessarily. I don’t care where you’re located, God can never have too many workers in the field. We live in the “Bible Belt.” I’m here to tell you, workers are needed.

If you will allow God to bring you out, and you will say yes to Him calling you out, He will then send you out and use you in the field He’s called you to. There are people all around that need you, they need you to operate in the call that’s on your life. They may not realize it, but they need it. Just like the Lord chose seventy-two, He’s chosen you and He wants to send you out.

Will you allow God to bring you out? Will you say yes to the call He has on your life? Will you go wherever He sends you? The harvest is great, but the workers are few. He needs you. Maybe you’ve been out of commission for a while, missing in action, but God wants to send you now. If you will take that step and say, “God, if you’ll send me again, I will go,” God’s going to use you mightily. If you will just take that step back into your call, your passion will be ignited again. You will be surprised at how quickly you flow again in what God has called you to do.

He’s got your orders, will you agree to go and do whatever God wants to send you to do? The word for you today is, “I am sending you out!”
