GOD’S DIRECTION RELEASES BLESSING

Categories: Inspiration

“If you listen obediently to the Voice of God, your God, and heartily obey all his commandments that I command you today, God, your God, will place you on high, high above all the nations of the world. 2 All these blessings will come down on you and spread out beyond you because you have responded to the Voice of God, your God: 3 God’s blessing inside the city, God’s blessing in the country; 4 God’s blessing on your children, the crops of your land, the young of your livestock, the calves of your herds, the lambs of your flocks. 5 God’s blessing on your basket and bread bowl; 6 God’s blessing in your coming in, God’s blessing in your going out. 7 God will defeat your enemies who attack you. They’ll come at you on one road and run away on seven roads. 8 God will order a blessing on your barns and workplaces; he’ll bless you in the land that God, your God, is giving you.” (Deuteronomy 28:1-8, The Message)

As we purpose in our hearts to listen to and obey the voice of God in our lives, the result is blessing. What I heard the Lord say for you today is because of your obedience to the voice of God in your life, blessing is being released to you in ways you could never imagine. “God will order a blessing on your barns and workplaces.”

It is God’s desire that we prosper so it only makes sense that the direction He gives us leads us down the road of blessing and prosperity in all areas of our lives. I love verse 7: “God will defeat your enemies who attack you. They’ll come at you on one road and run away on seven roads.” Following God’s voice will send your enemies packing! They’ll come at you on one road but will be so scared they will run away in seven different directions!

Take heed to God’s voice in your life today, if you aren’t following His direction, start today. His direction will release great blessing in your life!
