“These miraculous signs will accompany those who believe: They will cast out demons in my name, and they will speak in new languages. They will be able to handle snakes with safety, and if they drink anything poisonous, it won’t hurt them. They will be able to place their hands on the sick, and they will be healed.” (Mark 16:17-18 NLT)

I know I’ve used this passage more than once in the past, however, what I want to focus on today is the expectation of signs and wonders following you.

We read that these signs will follow those who believe, but do we really believe that they will? We need to believe and expect to be followed by signs and wonders. It should be natural.

God is calling The Church back to the simplicity of The Gospel and this is part of it. The passage doesn’t say we have to do anything weird or out of the ordinary, we don’t have to say specific words, it says that signs follow those who believe.

Begin to believe and begin to expect. Expect that signs and wonders will follow you everywhere you go, accept nothing less.
