2015-2016budgetsignsAs I continue talking about some things that God did in 2015 and looking ahead to 2016 I want to talk about the restoration of losses. I encourage you to follow each day this week so that you can see the thread of what God did in 2015 in order to prepare for what He’s going to do in 2016. Friday’s post will have more about what I believe 2016 will hold.

Much of what I write this week will look familiar if you follow my daily posts as I am recapping. In talking with people and just simply scrolling through social media I can see where many have experienced loss of some sort. For some it happened in 2015, for others it started before that and extended into this year. Relationships, finances, jobs, health, etc. are part of the list of losses that some of you probably experienced. Much like I wrote about yesterday, restoration of those losses began in this year. You may not realize that process even began but it has and if you haven’t seen the fruit of those losses being restored, you will see it in 2016. Again, 2015 was a year that God used to set you up for 2016 and you’ll see how that all ties in on my New Year’s Day post.

God is restoring relationships, finances are being replenished, and even jobs are being replaced with even better ones. For some of you, you experienced a loss of a loved one who passed from this life and they can’t be replaced. God is going to fill that void with His purpose and plan. If you are suffering from loneliness and depression due to the loss of someone close to you, start seeking God for His plan and purpose for your life. Though they will never be able to be replaced, God is going to fill that void in your life with Him and His purpose for you.

There’s a restoration of losses happening now and extending into 2016. Hold on tight to His promises, you will see them fulfilled.
